About Dara Casino
Dara Casino is a free-to-play social casino for players in the United States. We launched in March 2024 with around 90 titles and now carry roughly 380, and every one of them is playable with the free Gold Coins we hand out. This page covers how we work, where we operate, how we keep games fair, and how to reach a human when something goes wrong.
How Our Social Gaming Model Works
We operate under sweepstakes law rather than state gaming regulation. We give our play currency away, we sell optional coin packages as entertainment, and we attach a separate free promotional currency that you can redeem once it has been played through.
What that means for you: we never require a deposit, no purchase is ever necessary to reach any part of the site, and we keep a free entry route open as the law requires. That route is the postal mail-in request, worth 5 Sweeps Coins per envelope, described in full on our bonus page.
Where You Can Play
| Status | States | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Available | 45 states and DC | Sweepstakes promotions permitted |
| Excluded | Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Montana | State statutes classify the model differently |
The minimum age is 18, or 21 where state law sets that threshold for sweepstakes promotions. We check location at registration and again at redemption, and a mismatch between the two blocks the payout regardless of how the account was opened.
Fair Games, Certified Studios
Social casinos fall outside the remit of state gaming commissions, so we source fairness from our suppliers instead. Every studio in our catalogue holds independent RNG certification for the builds we distribute: Playson, JILI, 3 Oaks Gaming, AJOY, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, Pragmatic, Evoplay and Enjoy Gaming.
We run the certified originals, not demo reskins with altered maths. We publish RTP between 94.8% and 99.4% on every game info panel rather than burying it in the terms. The full breakdown sits on our games page.
How We Keep Your Account Safe
- We serve all traffic over TLS 1.3.
- Our payment processor handles card data for optional coin packages. No card number reaches our systems or is stored on your device.
- We support two-factor authentication through any standard authenticator app.
- We only allow redemption details to change after a fresh identity check, which blocks the most common account-takeover payout attempt.
- Sessions can be checked and ended individually from the account area.
Responsible Play
Social gaming removes the financial risk but not the time risk. We put the tools below directly in your account area so you can switch them on yourself, without asking support.
| Tool | What it does | Reversible |
|---|---|---|
| Session reminder | On-screen alert every 30, 60 or 120 minutes | Yes |
| Daily play limit | Caps time or rounds per day | Yes, after 24 hours |
| Purchase limit | Caps optional coin package spend per week | Yes, after 7 days |
| Cooling-off | Locks the account for 24 hours to 30 days | Not during the period |
| Self-exclusion | Closes the account permanently | No |
If gaming has stopped being entertainment, the National Council on Problem Gambling helpline is available on 1-800-522-4700, free and confidential, 24 hours a day. Gamblers Anonymous runs meetings nationwide.
Contact Us
- Live chat: in the account area, 8am to midnight Eastern, seven days a week. Median first response under ten minutes.
- Email: [email protected], answered within one business day.
- Verification queries: use live chat, since documents cannot be attached to email.
- Social: LinkedIn and X, where promotional coin drops are also posted.
We do not run a telephone support line. That is a deliberate cost decision that keeps our coin package prices flat, and live chat answers faster than a phone queue would.

Company FAQ
Who operates Dara Casino?
Dara Casino is operated by Dara Casino Social Gaming as a free-to-play sweepstakes social casino for players in the United States. We run on Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins rather than cash wagers.
Is Dara Casino legal in the United States?
Social casinos operate under sweepstakes law rather than state gambling law, which is why we are available in 45 states without a gaming licence. Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada and Montana are excluded because their statutes treat the model differently.
How do I contact support?
Live chat is available in the account area from 8am to midnight Eastern, seven days a week, with a median first response under ten minutes. Email support at [email protected] is answered within one business day. There is no telephone line.
Are the games fair?
Our games come from Playson, JILI, 3 Oaks Gaming, AJOY, Hacksaw, Spribe, Pragmatic, Evoplay and Enjoy Gaming, all of which hold independent RNG certification for the builds we distribute. We publish RTP on each game info panel rather than burying it in the terms.
What responsible play tools are available?
Session time reminders, daily and weekly play limits, a cooling-off period from 24 hours to 30 days, and permanent self-exclusion. All are self-serve in the account area and take effect immediately, and self-exclusion cannot be reversed by support.
